Susan Bard Rogers (1835–1911)

Susan Bard Rogers married Herman Thong Livingston (1827–1899) on December 6, 1853, uniting two of the great Hudson Valley aristocratic families — the Livingstons of Oak Hill and the Rogers-Pendleton family of Hyde Park. She was the daughter of Archibald Rogers and Anna Pendleton, and the grandmother of the Edmund Pendleton Livingston whose descendants carried the name to Canada.
