Mary Livingston Clarkson (1815–1872)

Mary Livingston was a daughter of Edward Philip Livingston and Elizabeth Stevens Livingston, and a granddaughter of Chancellor Robert R. Livingston. She married Levinus Clarkson (1809–1871) on 3 November 1835, allying the Clermont Livingstons with the Clarkson merchant family of New York. Her sister Angelica also married into the Clarkson family.
