Joshua Totman (1737–1808)

Son of Samuel Totman and Experience (Rogers) Totman; born 14 October 1737 (recorded at North Yarmouth / Plymouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay). Through his mother he carries the Mayflower descent from Constance Hopkins. Married Elizabeth Rogers (1733–1818); the Jamestowne Society Lineage Paper Project independently records this couple with qualifying ancestor Stephen Hopkins, corroborating the Hopkins descent. Later moved to Colrain, in what became Franklin County, Massachusetts, where he died 25 October 1808. The descent continues through his son Thomas Totman.
