Biography
Eldest son of Robert Livingston the Elder and Alida Schuyler Van Rensselaer. Married first Mary Winthrop (1683–1713), daughter of Fitz-John Winthrop, Governor of Connecticut, in 1701. After Mary's death, married second Elizabeth Knight (1689–1736), daughter of Sarah Kemble Knight, in 1713.
