Irena Lester Joyner (Totman)

Wife of Ward Totman and mother of Levi Ward Totman. Recorded as 'Irene Joyner' in the Town of Bristol's local history and as 'Irena Lester (Joyner) Totman' on WikiTree. She married Ward Totman and, with him and their three small children, set out from Jefferson County, New York toward Ohio around 1840; when their wagon axle broke on Muttonville (Vincent) hill near Bristol, Ontario County, New York, they stayed with Ward's relatives and settled there permanently. Her exact birth and death dates have not yet been confirmed (left blank rather than guessed). Direct ancestor through her son Levi Ward Totman.
